I keep getting feedback that I need to speak up more. I’m pretty introverted and feel that I speak in meetings when it’s necessary, but this is the main thing that is brought up as a development area for me so I am trying work on it. Has anyone else gotten this feedback in the past and can share some strategies that worked for you?
