I’m an L6 SDM at Amazon but a Meta recruiter sent me an M2 sdm job description. I have all the XP I need from previous job experience but does Meta keep your same level as Amazon? Meaning if I am an L6 at Amazon am I automatically interviewing at M1 or can I jump to an M2?Amazon Facebook (Meta)

Pay attention to reviews and your intuition. I've been to interviews for jobs that looked great on paper and walked away based on the feeling I got while interviewing. That was admittedly back when jobs were much easier to come by. In this market, it's a lot harder to walk away from an offer even if you have those misgivings.
You can look for signals and rely on your instinct, but when you get down to it, you can't really know how a job will grind on you until you're doing it. I was once a little apprehensive about a promotion I received, and things went surprisingly smoothly. And I once took a job I thought would be smooth sailing and it was anything but. You just need to trust your gut but be prepared to be surprised.
Trust your gut. I echo what the others have said about the current job market being very different, but I’ve taken jobs where I avoided my gut, convincing myself it would be better on the job & it was worse.
