Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

If you sincerely feel that you're suffering from burn out, take better care of yourself. If it's affecting your mental health you might want to seek out some help. It's possible it's a passing thing, but it's something to watch carefully.

Yes, I see it happening now and I am taking time for my mental health and prioritizing myself before anything. I was going to seek help but I noticed all I needed was a vacation for one week to reset. I’ve been working so hard nonstop that I forgot to take time to relax which sounds crazy.
The continuous burnout, is a sign that your life, is out of order. Whatever is draining your energy, needs to be addressed.

I agree with you but I disagree for what is going on with me right now. I am in grind mode career wise and I want to be successful in my entrepreneurship. It’s taking a lot of my time but I’m at the stage that I need rest so I will be prioritizing that for me now.

Totally get that. Burnout can really drain your motivation, even for work you care about. For me, taking small breaks, setting boundaries, and focusing on one thing at a time helps me slowly get back on track.
