Do you guys go into the office while on the bench

Hi everyone,
I am a new joiner @ Coforge, joined on Nov 15th and still waiting for project allocation. What is the resource pool/bench policy for a new joiner, can anyone please help on this?

I am tagged to resources pool in Coforge from last 2 months i.e. I am in bench.
Any idea what's the notice period on bench?

How far into implementation and execution do you get as a strategist (and what's your specialty). I notice social strategist tend to get way more into the executional portion, even writing copy etc. whereas brand strategy tends to roll off once the briefing process is done. Does brand strategy ever go on shoots or vendor/production meeting and are they responsible for it? Just had an unclear moment where it seemed like I was expected to vet production partners and I didn't realize I should've .

Once we are on bench in Morgan Stanley client, Will they assign any other project in synechron?or we will be on bench for longer days?in syenchron.....Is there anyone working on Morgan Stanley client and got released once project got over?

I’m a senior at a mid tier and been working about 70-75 hours for last 3 weeks on a SEC client. Now I roll off to a new job but the manager wants me to come back and help out the team more. Should I do it? I don’t want to fail at both jobs. Is that even reasonable to ask someone to work on both jobs?

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

What options do i have, what if I abscond?

Will they give me exp letter?

When they say utilization doesn't count for the month of May/June what exactly does that entail? I'm assuming being on the bench for those months will still show on personal utilization reports...

He was hired for SharePoint tech stack, but now his manager is saying "They have very less projects for sharepoint, so please prepare for Azure".
