Guys I need help. I'm from Orchard learning and completed it in July. After that I've been on bench since July . I was trained on Cloud and DevOps technologies. I've interest in Web development and having hands on HTML CSS Bootstrap JS and ReactJs.
Question is should I be in Mindtree till my next promotion to C2 or should I switch after completion of 1 year in Mindtree? What hike can I expect for Web developer after switching.
I'm having total 14 months experience including Mindtree.

I joined Fujitsu in april and currently on bench from last 2 months.I have seen policy in Fujitsu portal ,that they will terminate associates on bench for more than 3 months.
I also got an offer from CTS with X+3 LPA,Shall I move with the new offer and what is the notice period that I have to serve,as HR confirmed me to serve 90 days,and CTS joinning is after 2 months.

Moms, what is the standard etiquette and timing for your parents to come help out when you have a new born? I am due in April and we live in a small 2 bedroom apartment in NYC. Every one in the family wants to come to NYC and help when the baby is here and I’m grateful but I don’t want to get too overwhelmed trying to host people in this small space. I was thinking my parents could come for a couple weeks, leave and then my siblings can take turns? Thank you! Any advice will be appreciated
