I need to know about Teksystems company is it good to join there or Tcs is better choice if anyone has any idea about Teksystems then please let me know?

How long a fresher required to be in the position of becoming a team leader or equivalent to that position, just want to know because here in Citi one need to spend at least 4-5 years in order to become a team leader.(considering his work and performance is among the top 3 every quarter)

Can you please let me know if TCS can revise the offer that they gave me
They gave me of 9.5 CTC and for Wolters I haven’t had a discussion but I hve asked them for 12Fixes and the location is Pune
