I prefer a hybrid model. Reason being....it is much more productive and cost saving. I start at 6 -6:30 am BEFORE the market opens.... right off the bat rather than having to get on the train...etc. My early work start is to review trade blotters which is important to find/catch errors to SAVE a firm money. This is what is missing with the in office start. Just IMHO.
