3 days wfh but realistically it’s 4 for my team. Manager is ok with not coming in at all some weeks though.
This is likely true for many companies, but at Toast it somewhat depends on the role you are in. However, Toast has a very large remote workforce and for most workers (even ones near an office) they are still letting each person decide (with their managers) what is best for them. For most teams there is no required in-office time.
2 days “required” they’re pushing for 3 & rest remote.. I haven’t went in once this week & typically no one micromanages or notices
I’m in GCB at BAC; we have 3 in 2 out, but two “mandatory” days. Very LOB and role dependent
3 days in, 2 days WFH in my team at BOA
BofA is role dependent. I am 3 in office, 2 WFH
Amex only goes to office once a week on team day, and another day optional if you want. So 1-2 days in office a week
GS 5 days in required

BNY Mellon is hybrid 2-3 days in office
Concur with above, still role dependent but valid for majority of the bank
My firm's loose policy is to be in the office 60% of a given month. It is not enforced strongly.
ubs wells and morgan stanley are still doing the 2 days out 3 days in. ugh!
That’s not across the board for MS. It’s very team by team.
JPM 2 days in required
Outside firms, fortune 200 company we are 2 office 3 home. No enforcement but CEO put out an email where he dances around his feeling that every company problem is due to lack of collaboration so that’s not awesome.
4 days a week
3 in 2 home with rumors to be more in office. Large asset mgmr. Buncha bs
JPM is 5 days I’m for front office analyst
Also front office and we are 3 days in, 2 at home.
MS is team dependent. My group is roughly 4 days in though
BoA Private Bank - 5 days WFH a month for most people.
