I have interview scheduled and completed from Commonwealth Bank Bangalore location. All technical rounds cleared.
When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..
I am bit confused with commonwealt
Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

How did you feel when you talked to each hiring manager? Which ever company you select, your life will ultimately be in the day to day work and the relationship you have with your boss. No amount of money can make a difference if your boss is a putz.
Jpm is a lot more recognized globally so wouldnt that experience have much more marketability?
What’s the offer?
Citco more better in terms interaction and future growth within company. People are very supportive and clients interaction is highest from level avp and above.
I assume both are fund admin jobs. Correct?
If I am correct, what’s your past experience since graduating University? I mean years of experience in fund accounting.
We need more deets on the offers
With the 15K sign on bonus, I will suggest JPM. As JPM1 mentioned, JP is more recognized around the world, which will help if/when you choose to move on locally or internationally. Good Luck
Thanks. I am considering everything. The people we work with make the difference in experiences in our job.
Depending on who your manager is, I would go with JPM. At JP your manager is everything.... a manager can make you or break you.
VP can you please update us about which jobs you picked?
Hi VP, just curious what is comp for VPs at JPM Fund Admin…base plus bonus
