I realised something at work had changed when I started rehearsing every sentence before speaking in meetings. I personally don’t think work should feel like walking on eggshells or feeling nervous. Have you ever caught yourself changing how you speak just to avoid reactions? And how did you deal with it?

Anyone in here with a masters degree on the business side of entertainment? What type of salary do you usually negotiate for as a coordinator or manager or director?

So my work has unlimited PTO -global company. I'm based in uk and line manager is in USA. he said I'm taking to much time off and has brought it up with upper management.
