Dear Fishes, I am in a conundrum currently. I have two offers. One from Deloitte USI (17.5 LPA fixed, 1.75 LPA variable and 1.5 L joining bonus). The other is from Infosys (25 LPA CTC. Permanent WFH. Negotiation is still on for this.)
Could you please be so kind as to help me decide which one to choose?
Thanks in advance,
Fellow Perplexed Fish.

The Pats no longer give him the best chance to win. Yes, Belichick is inarguably the best coach in the game right now but the roster is a few years away from winning. Brady doesn’t have the time to wait
I saw one article that said Belichick wanted him out. Seemed hard to believe but that is what it said.
And the Bucs are so close..?
30 picks but led the league in yards. Tommy’s got a lot to work with.
D1- enough hype where people really thought theyd win the division (rams Seahawks) get the 1 seed and make the superbowl? Idk about that. Enough hype to be a playoff team sure. Remember in the off season when all the reports were jimmy forgot how to play and was throwing 4 consecutive picks in practice. At least imo they definitely over performed
No, they were definitely better than expected, but the idea that they came out of nowhere was rooted in their preseason predictions of being about a .500 team which was always an underestimation
Pats fan here - they've spent so long pushing out cap hits over the last 20 years that have to come due at some point, and the team just doesn't have the offense to be realistically competitive. Likely Belichick saw this, and is willing to have a rebuilding year to reset for the future. Don't need Brady for that.
He wanted guaranteed, they wanted incentive-based.
Tommy said “I’m out.”
He’s 42 (43 when the season starts). As good as he has been, Father Time is undefeated. The signs are there and have been the last few years. Falling off a cliff can happen very fast (remember Farve had his best statistical year ever his 2nd to last season and then fell off big time). Right now I see them as 3rd in the division behind the Saints and Falcons. If I had to bet on who would win first, the Bucs with Brady or the Brady-less Pats run by Belicheck, I’d put my money on Belicheck. They both want to win one without the other and if that happens for Belicheck, it will only provide more evidence that he was more responsible for their success the last 20 years.
DD1 Tbf his off target rate is almost always garbage
