Hello Verizon fellows, In Deloitte, there's a facility to claim a certain reimbursement for purchasing mobile devices through their portal or something. Similarly, do VDSI employees have any discounts or reimbursement for purchasing devices through Verizon? If so, kindly let me know how to check it out. Thanks in advance.

150k. There is cost savings associated with remote work I would consider. I am remote but I always spend money on something if I go into the office, at minimum transportation. If the PTO flexibility is better as well, it could offset. This might not completely make up for the $34k but I feel like it’s worth your sanity.
So true! And the fact there is an option of going to the office (no rigid mandate) i really appreciate that
Def 150k fully remote and unlimited PTO.
$150 fully remote
I need to find out where these jobs are lol good problem
to have!

I would take the remote role if it were me. It is so hard to find a fully remote role right now. If you have an offer for a fully remote role, then I would take it.
Even if it’s at a fund admin? This admin is actually a pretty good one, but still, do you think that’s a disadvantage on your resume?
If you're only 28, what you need to be thinking about is career path first, salary/comp next, and intangibles after that.
What job do you really want to do? Where do you see your career in 10, 20, 30 years?
$34K is a significant difference. You won't spend that much going in office 3x/week, not even close. I spend about $20/day on gas and parking when I go in office. Those are the only real costs of going in office. And hybrid gives you some work from.home flexibility.
Is the 15 days just vacation? Are holidays and sick time separate? It sounds a bit low so need to compare to the other opportunity.
If the $34k money delta isn't important then ya already know the answer.
