I received a package that did not belong to me. There was no name or address. I took it to the retailer whose name was on the package. The Customer Service Representative said since it was already delivered, it could not be returned.

If the customer service agent didn’t take it then it is your package now. There’s nothing more you can do. It happens all the time. Hopefully it’s something cool. If you don’t feel comfortable opening it, I guess throw it away?
