HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?

Accept the job offer but push out your start date until you do the interview.
Accept, push out start date and keep on taking interviews.
That's a dilemma. I suppose it comes down to how badly you need a job, and how much nerve you have for gambling. If you're unemployed and bills are looming, it would be prudent to take the offer and start working. In today's market you can't really count on an interview panning out. So there's also that to consider.
Just sign the offer and extend your start date. If you get a better offer else where you can rescind your offer.
If you really need a job, it might be worth accepting the offer from the small accounting firm to secure something now. You can always keep looking for other opportunities while working there. Just be honest with them if you get a better offer later. Trust your gut on this one!
Accept the first offer and start work right away.
If you get a better offer , then, give your 2 weeks and move on. In USA, employment is at will.
