I received Product Manager offer from Blackbaud. The company is not doing well financially in the last 5 years. Since I have made last 3 switches in 1 year duration I do not want to face a situation where i get laid off In less than 4 years and it gets extremely difficult for me to find a new job.

Can someone help if I should take the balckbaud offer. It's been 2years ND 3months in the current firm ( Wells Fargo ) in a Scrum Master role.
