Scored 323 on GRE (AWA awaited) and thinking of MBA pr MIS for a career in tech or consulting possibly USA or Canada.
Will have 5YOE by Fall 2022 at Deloitte USI (SAP Consulting).
Can someone please guide me on this or share your valuable experience.

I have been faking and slacking for last 2 years. I am not being pushed and challenged at work. Nobody bothers to follow-up on my work. I take my sweet time to do the bare minimum. I took a break for depression and came back . Still I didn’t have the enthusiasm to do the work.Should I just quit and figure out what I really want to do ?

What are the pros and cons of joining a Captive Organization for Salesforce ?

It is true that in service based consultings the learning curve will be better coz we'll get to work on a lot of projects compared to a captive organisation ?

How should one decide? Can someone list out the pros and cons of both. It would be really helpful for a lot of people.

Has anyone gone into IMF, world bank roles after consulting or know anyone one who did? Any tips?

Would you rather stay in a boring job (good pay, good wlb, boring work) for a year and get your green card or switch to a better company and let the greencard go? The boring job is also does not have a lot of work in the pipeline.

Transitioning from line of business familiarity (understanding financial statements) to... real(?) Finance (bonds and cap markets and other debt sales) any advice on books or resources to learn really from step 0?

I’m worried that my voice, communication style, and body language comes across as too effeminate for our straight clients and peers. I've decided to leave public for an Accounting Manager position in private. What are the different types of companies to consider and the pros/cons? What are the best ways to get the position? I am due to join pwc IAC very soon. But while verifying my background, they tried calling my ex employer who didn't answer their calls or mails. It was a small firm with no specific HR department.
I forgot to take my relieving letter from him.
They have given me a partial go ahead to join contingent on the fact that i get the document from him.

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.
