My prior colleagues have gone to Pharma/industry. Providers/systems. Payors. Lots to HHS/State government. Academia. Solo/partner only shops. Innovation centers. For-profit interruptors. Consulting. Gtfo of law. The last option looks particularly good to me today.
Pharma>Academic Research Center > Non-profit health insurance company (Medicaid managed care).

Big tech companies too.
Providers/healthcare systems or insurers from what I’ve seen.
