I recently cracked the interview rounds for a job at Honeywell, Bengaluru. Next round is HR salary negotiations.

My current CTC is 38LPA. How much packages should I expect for a 16years old candidate for Sr. Advanced Software Engineer role from Honeywell. Does 50LPA seems to be a better ask or less?

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. Our company is shopping around for anti-virus and anti-malware solutions, and encountering companies who “will not redline.” We’ve tried 3 vendors, and the only one who redlined quoted 5x what others have quoted. Some of it has to do with how the biz team is presenting, but has anyone else run into this?
