I recently interviewed at Walmart for Data Scientist role. Had 2 technical, 1HM and HR round. The HR round was on Monday, HR said they will get back with final result by EOW. HR round was mainly based on notice period discussions/ pay structure/ knowledge about role. I am just nervous, is there a chance I can still be rejected?

How do y’all deal with people at work who are stuck on stupid? Like they have no idea what they’re talking about and they REFUSE to learn. It’s like they have a god complex or something even with proof, maybe bc of their tenure at the company? Even if there’s valid data backing up that they’re wrong. Maybe it’s bc I’m a type 8 enneagram, but it frustrates the hell out of me!

How common are credit checks for roles in accounting or finance positions? Will high utilization on credit card balances and low credit score be a deal breaker? Now complete team left and I am only left in project as not getting much motivation to work on . Working as Project lead currently
