I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . Team Financial Planning Specialist or no?
My team is growing more and more to specializations with investment products. (Insurance, alts, ESG) I’ve been wondering if the Financial Planning role could also be a specialist in our client experience. We have two competing ideas; A financial planning specialist would be able to develop intimate familiarity with the planning software, processes, and human nuances. Is genetic carrier screening prior to starting an ivf cycle necessary? I tested and found some disorders. Now my RE won’t start my cycle until my partner is tested. They are saying they will have to do special PGT tests if we are carriers of the same disorder. I am confused. I thought this type of testing was optional and usually recommended if you are using a donor. My guess is that they are booked and pushing me to the Jan cycle. Thoughts?
