I recently joined postman 3 months ago and ctc is 85lpa fixed at the same time I got offer from microsoft for level 63 with base 53 stocks 140k $ and performance bonus upto 30% and joining bonus 13lakhs. Which one is good. Is it okay to leave postman and join microsoft with less base or stay in postman for some time 12-15 months and then make a switch? Microsoft
