BAH has a good resource on the dimensions of CM that we practice. It may be on Zone (they definitely give out the document during CM training). The Project Management Memory jogger is like $8 on kindle and has a good section on CM!

like

Yes to both- however I’ve found that most CM work that BAH has is couched in other opportunities. For example I’m a technical writer so I get pulled onto contracts under that, and then find CM/OD opportunities within those contracts and work with leaders/clients to see if it’s within scope to perform it. Since a lot of BAH work is staff aug I haven’t seen a lot of open opportunities that are pure CM (I’ve only been here for 3 years though so I def could be wrong)

You can only submit a review and promotion packet if you’ve been with the company since December 31, 2020. I’ve gotten very positive informal feedback from my manager and other colleagues.
