I requested reimbursement for my CFA fees prior to registering and they’re saying I would need to commit to 24 months following exam day (Nov-25) to avoid full repayment, with no proration. I joined CG 6 months back and was on training for 3-4 months for Dynamics CRM, completing multiple MS certifications. Post that I was mapped to an account for the project & was under shadow.

After shadow completed it seems like there's no project openings in the account for which I was selected. And now management wants me to go for other certs.
