Tired of my pharmacy. Every single month I have to call the pharmacy for my Adderall, they say they don’t have any prescriptions for me, they ask for additional information, they magically find it, and then I have to wait like 1 to 8 hours to have it filled. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
