Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Do any of you struggle with feeling like you owe other people. Or I guess owe your employer, company, team etc to put in your best effort? I think I feel this way but to the point of it being detrimental. And I’m not sure how to fix or change it. Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.
Please suggest Is it good idea to take HCL offer now after negotiating with Capigemini.
