I saw a job posting looking for 'a healthcare strategy consultant who knows how to work with a focus on AI'. What exactly does that mean, and what kind of work is this role supposed to fulfill using AI? There wasn't too much information about the AI part, because then it just went into roles and responsibilities, which were more comprehensible for me. Just wondering if folks out here have a better idea.

My director gave me a 45 day termination warning. I had a random 1:1 with my director last Friday. She essentially told me I have 45 days to increase my activity (I’m a recruiter that gets measured on daily metrics.) After the 45 days if I don’t meet these requirements I will be terminated. As you can imagine I am panicking a little bit, I’ve confided in a few coworkers and they told me to start looking for a new job because even if I meet these metrics I could still be fired. Any advice?
