As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

Get your boolean searches tighter and really try to understand each requisition. Make calls before emails, as it's always the quickest way to make an impression. Ask the tough questions. It'll only lead to you becoming more successful and wasting less of your time.
Start applying, but just wondering what kind of metrics? Like number of calls, interviews, etc...

Probably time to start answering those candidate emails. I’d start recruiting too, hopefully those recruiters are on their game
Honestly, I would start looking as stated above but also try to improve if you can. It's a tough world out there right now. Good luck!
It would not hurt to start looking for other options. That's a pretty clear warning that your position is in jeopardy. Sorry to hear it, but I am glad you have a bit of a head start finding something new if it ends up being necessary.
I think there is a way to improve this. Work smarter though, not harder. At the end of the day, they want to see you make those baseline calls and email outreach is crucial too, but it's all about the people that are billing under your name.
I think I would start looking just to be safe. Definitely try to meet the metrics and keep your job but it never hurts to have something else in your back pocket.
