I am a RN and have been for 15 years. I was looking to transition into health tech but has been a bit more challenging than I expected. So, I have been working on trying to get in as a SDR but I am also taking a course for my PMP certification. Is this of value or should I focus on something else?

Is it a red flag when a recruiter talks about unrealistic benefits like getting a chance to fly to another state just to visit the client HQ all expense-free? Or is it really a thing? Let me know if you have experience like this.

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies.
