I see many posts here. Unfortunately, I am also one of them, do we know why is FNZ not releasing the offer even after getting a confirmation that all rounds are cleared and submitting the documents to HR. If they didn’t want to release offer, why take interview and ask for documents? Are they just collecting some data? I traveled 70+ kms to attend in office interview and now they are doing this. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

They actually try to interview multiple people and then hire whoever demands lowest. This happened with me as well. Hr first agreed on a number, the after all rounds, got a call that we are getting someone on this number . If you can lower expectations will roll out offer

I’m a new winter grad and I feel absolutely horrendous. As much as I don’t want to admit it I’ve never been more depressed in life. It’s not even bc I’ve lost the stress from school, it’s that I really don’t look forward to my job.

I’ve always wanted to travel the world but I’m in finance and in the role I am in there’s no way for me to do that. I’ve also always wanted to start some kind of food business but it feels like a pipe dream especially given the risk and trade off. Any suggestions?

I have a MHA, MBA, and BSHA. I’m wanting to get into a supervisor or manger role but I don’t have the experience. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I dive in and start getting the experience I need? I live in Washington and work in Oregon. Also, anything using my MBA would be favored as well, this degree is not healthcare specific. Thank you!

I have a promising interview at a relatively large law firm in my area (+100 attorneys) next week. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.
