Yes you can call. It actually shows that you are really interested. They may have not review it yet.. Plus I would want to know if The company already hire someone you would like to know so you can look for something else..

Yeah, after a week I think a polite follow up is fair. I probably would not ask if they reviewed it yet in a blunt way, but more like calling to express interest and check on the hiring timeline. That usually comes off better and still gets you the information you want.

Am I the only one left at the end of the month trying to bill 10hour days to meet hours because I slacked off at the beginning of the month? It’s a vicious cycle. Then the end of the month hits and I’m so exhausted that I need to take it was the next week... and the cycle continues

I am expecting an offer from Oracle Digital, Consulting with about 60% hike (25 LPA fixed + Variable at 5.2 YOE) from current pay package and a role of principal consultant.
A few questions I have regarding this.

1. What are the perks/employee ben there?
2. How is the work life balance?
3. How is the hike and bonus?
4. How is the scope of moving to development centre of Oracle - IDC?

Finally, what do you guys think about the pay package, should I be targetting a higher pay package?

Do anyone know how much bonus does Tavisca gives to its employees who joins lets say in July, I heard its 10% above ctc, but is it always the same or can increase/decrease??
