Hi all, I joined a company 7 weeks ago as a motion graphics designer in the marketing team. 5 weeks after I joined, two coworkers in my team, both titled marketing associate handed in two weeks notice and leaving on the same day. Hi, how does a h1b transfer work? my current visa expires in 2024,but I’m on my first 3 years. If I do a transfer now, will the expiry date be the same? Or will it be 3 years out from the approval date of the new transferred h1b visa?

7th year of H1b and have I140 PD in June 2020 (Chinese)... getting tired of my current job and want to do a MBA then switch career. Is it still possible? Would I be able to extend my H1b after I graduate say two years later for a new employer, even if the job has completely changed - say from business consultant to a tech manager?
