I have got selected in BCG but got RFE in my H1b transfer, its been three months still response was not filled ? do you anyone know why they are taking long time to file ?
In addition to that will BCG files PERM and will they support immigration for the employees?

When you are on OPT, can you work at other regional offices of the same employer without changing address or reporting if it is about for 1 week or so? Same employer - but just worked at different location office in another state and got W-2 withholding for that state and will need to file for that state as well. From what I know it is fine, but want to ask if anyone knows about it from experience etc.
