There are def people at my current agency that came back. I think as long as you left on good terms then shoot HR an email and let them know you would be interested if roles opened. It can’t hurt. What’s the worst that happens? They ignore it or say no? At least you would know!
Yeah so many people boomerang in our industry it is pretty normal. Now boomeranging in this current political/economic situation we are in is going to be waaayyy more difficult than normal; but not impossible. If you have the right connections and left on really good terms it could work out. General consensus is to hunker down in your role once you find a decent one though, so try not to do too many moves.
Yep! Left for two years and came back for the same title but 50k extra in salary on a better team. Definitely recommend!
