I want to do a gen ai course but a lot of my experience with gen ai has been prompt engineering or even with agentic ai I felt like I was largely copying and pasting from documentation.

I want to something that is ideally not self paced or certificates but a session or 3 day or so course where it’s hands on and interactive. Learning about RAG, MCP etc any advice?
