I am a solution engineering (presales) manager, and looking to hire a Tableau Analytics SE for our Canada Public Sector team. Seeking candidates with relevant experience in technical customer-facing roles and/or analytics. Ideally residing in Toronto or Montreal metro areas, public sector experience. What should be the salary of a senior seo manager at a decent sized agency in Toronto. I am being offered 110k base + 20% bonus for hitting retention and revenue targets.

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
