Recently, the CEO and my boss, the VP gave me the latitude to promote myself and "write my own" job description. I've been the Marketing Manager of this company for about 7 months. Already received 1 raise.

Much of the work in my "new" job description, I've already been doing. My currently salary is $70K. New title is Director of Communications and Systems Integration. What is a reasonable salary increase here.

Are they legit ?

Currently 1 YOE tech consulting at Deloitte looking to make a hop to more strategy type roles and came across the strategy analyst development program- 1. is this only for fresh undergrads from specific schools or would I be able to apply? 2. My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

It's a Big4 but will lowball you during offer negotiation.
It will ask you to work on multiple projects but will hardly appreciate or value your work.
They will ask you to come to the office on Sunday for business critical work and won't give any cab or food facilities.
You will be involved in multiple extra work, which you normally don't do in other service based companies. But there is no benefits/perks for that, you just end up doing extra work!!
