Mufg- 18.25 fixed
Coginzant - 16.5 fixed + .50 variable
Hcl - 20 (fixed+5% variable)

Which one I should consider for mufg they are saying I will get 8-15% variable on fixed can one confirm how much I can get in mufg and which one to consider .

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?
