Which organisation should I go fo?r. Please consider factors like job security, work quality and learning, WL balance and office culture.
They're both offering similar CTC and location is preferable in case of MobiKwik. My YoE is 3.

If you want to move into a professional career then you’ll need to find a focus. Jack of all trades won’t get you in the door. Find an industry that interests you and find positions within that industry that fits well with the majority of your experience. Connect on LI with professionals in those jobs and ask to speak to them about their experiences.
But what can you do?
Dude. Get CISSP Certified. Cybersecurity is the wild wild west.
I just got my head straight from the same stuck situation. I have a lot of skills in many areas. I have gone down different paths in the last two years trying to find my post military way. What do you enjoy doing of all the things you do or have done? Start there.
