Are you absolutely sure that’s what the NDA says? It’s unusual for NDAs to prohibit you disclosing the fact that you worked there unless you were in a very particular type of organization. You may want to consult an employment lawyer.
You have to talk to a lawyer in real life.
You can’t disclose that you were employed? That would be insane. Wasn’t it public info that you worked there?
Echoing the above…I would be very surprised if the NDA actually says you can’t disclose that you worked there…
Agree with the below comments. Speak to an employment attorney, or reach out to the HR at your prior job. NDAs generally do not prohibit you from disclosing that you worked at a particular place, or the start and end period. Generally, you cant talk about the specifics of a project, or certain aspects of the company, e.g. bad mouth the company, or your boss, coworkers, etc.
You may also want to talk to a career coach or do some research about how to respond to a prospective employer who asks why you left the prior company.
I think list it.
lol just list it
Sorry for the confusion. I can disclose that I worked there, but I can only say for the reason I am not there is that “it was a mutual agreement to end my employment.”
My suggestion would be to write in that you took leave from employment to care for a relative. Create what may fit into this explanation, simply.
