I was forced to resign in lieu of termination. My supervisor created an abusive, toxic, and intimidating environment. No matter what, I could do nothing right. I spoke to the other dept. Director and was told that my supervisor had been exhibiting unusual behavior for some time & the dept. had been covering up for him. That being said, when I resigned, I filed for unemployment. I submitted documentation to prove my complaint. I now have an appeal hearing & I don't know what to do. Advice?

What is project specific BGC in TCS?

Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?

Entity A and B have a partnership such that me working for entity B will create conflict of interest.
