I was laid off in May and have been actively job searching ever since. I've reached out to old coworkers, updated my LinkedIn, completed online courses, and even hired a career coach. I'm getting phone calls back, but no job offers. My interviews go well and I have good experience. I'm starting to think I'm missing something big since all the standard job advice isn't working for me. Any ideas what to do next?
