I was offered a position for Senior consultant at Deloitte with 20 as fixed and 2 as variable as mentioned in the letter of intent. I tried to negotiate to increase it but hr said this is the max they can offer. So I declined the offer that time (march 2026). Now after seeing low hike at tcs, I am thinking of connecting to the HR if they can reconsider. I know this looks stupid but 😐.. thoughts ?Tata Consultancy Services .

1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? Currently I’m switching every hour or so between my kneeling chair and standing.

Got offer from BCG for ECT. Read numerous comments about ECT being not attractive compared to Generalist track. Also heard challenges about billability/utilization. Any views/ guidance appreciated!
