Bureaucracy and TCS goes hand in hand.. so if you're looking for an org with less of it then definitely TCS shouldn't be on the list
I don't usually say this but take retention in Capgemini
Take the retention offer and jump after 3 months for a package no less than 30 lpa
If you can survive your current company for some time then retention is best option and switch after 1 year for 30 plus.

If capg is changing yiur fixed pay then it is good. Tcs does not even bother about retention so you can understand which company is better. Only a mad person will switch for 1.5. You will get ast only if your experience is less than 11. Stay in capg and switch after 1-2 years
