5 reschedules and no-shows is just plain disrespectful. At this point, I’d absolutely reach out to the hiring manager or someone you know there. Just be sure to keep it polite & professional.
That’s incredibly frustrating and shows a lack of respect for your time. As a manager, I’d suggest you consider reaching out to someone you know at the company. Keep it respectful and express continued interest, but also share your experience. It can open a door or at least give you clarity. What’s your end goal with this opportunity?
Three no-shows? That’s wild. You’ve been way more patient than I would’ve been. I’d be questioning how they treat their employees, too. If you like the company overall, I think it’s worth pinging your contacts there and letting them know what’s going on. Worst case, they’ll appreciate the heads-up. Good luck!
