I feel the same way about being told I’m “super mom” when I’ve been having a tough time with the baby. Some days I don’t want to have to be super mom, I just want to be regular mom 🫠😭
I get that completely — sometimes the “super” label feels more like pressure than praise. Being allowed to just be without the extra expectations can be such a relief.

That’s like a backhanded compliment - like some situations I’ve either been in or heard it’s like “your brilliant at this, I’ll pile more work on you etc” like thanks for the compliment, but no thanks to piling on the pressure and excessive workload.
Like when someone asks for you to make them a cup of tea/coffee and adds 'you make such a good one'.
