I will never suggest this Korn Ferry organisation to join. They never pay you for your pending leave. There is no work life balance here. Senior management do nothing they only give orders. Very horrible experience with this company. If you are in dying need of change never go with this organisation. The HRBP team is very cruel and insensitive. Never ever join this company.
