Use speak up and raise HR CASE.
Document everything in the emails. Don't take any oral requests, keep everything on emails. Send mom for every conversation stating what you accomplished and help you need. From them to complete the remaining tasks .
Ask questions over the email, basically collect the proofs that you are working and trying your best but not getting enough support from your manager if that is what currently happening for u
If you complete all the tasks and goals set for u in ipp1 , there is no issue otherwise after ipp1 based on feedback from your manager hr gives you a letter that your ipp is unsuccessful and ipp2 will start.
Ipp2 will be for one month and process will be same.if candidate fails to complete the set tasks then only they will go for termination
During this 3-4 months period, HR to take any decision your manager needs to provide proper proofs about under performance, HR won't accept the negative feedback just by words, they need a documented proof that you are not able to deliver .
