I work as Senior Data engineer with 3.10 years of experience. I am seriously looking for job shift but not getting any calls. I have majorly worked on migration projects or as data platform engineer or building infrastructure for databricks, SQL database etc using terraform. I tried to brush up data engineering skills like SQL, python, spark etc but I feel stuck and confused what to learn after seeing multiple job descriptions demanding for many tools that I don't know. Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option?
