Pros in current role -> High Visibility due to small practice, 45 to 50 Hr work week. Will be SM in next 2 to 3 Years, Cons - TC, Brand Value, Mid Tier Clients. Any opinions?

I’m currently a customer success analyst and have about 4 years solid experience in customer success, making $63k in SoCal. Since I’ve been successful for a few years now here, would I ask for a recalibration on salary due to experience to make sure I’m up to par? When I look for industry averages online, it’s all over the place. I’m n some results that’s low, some mid, and some high.

When building a new brand, who is the actual client? Who has the final say? Who should you really listen to if no one is taking the lead? The president of the company, the original owner, the financial money partner, the third party manager? Everyone seems to have a voice, but the main contact is the underling gathering and offering their own opinion, which strangely seems to be the most on point. How do you assess your client time as billable or non-billable? We are currently reviewing our time card process and want to better establish groundwork for differentiating between the two.
