Not exactly since our bonus % is different than McK and Bain..
McK increase not hitting til year end, BCG hits Sept 1. there's your 2K. Bain raises announced Monday...you can already be sure +/- 2% what the new comp will be.
We're all gonna get paid the same. This is an oligopoly in the war for talent and everyone knows what the others pay. The amount of bull$hit about comp in fb is nuts. It's always been the same across MBB and it'll always be the same...any differences are too small to make a difference in cross offer situations.

Base pay for entry level has gone up from 85k to 110k in about 3 years. That’s not normal so I’m not sure what you mean by “always have” — very recent trend

I’d expect something like a tweak to bonuses or something else around the edges vs another pay increase honestly. The gap isn’t enough to motivate a change especially when we can just say our bonuses are higher. More likely we’ll be forced to move on comp if tech hiring picks back up
