JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

The “Am I Eligible” tool expressly includes if you work in NY. https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/Public/prescreener
Thank you this website is super helpful!

Yes, anyone that works in NY is eligible to for the vaccine in Ny too
I got rejected by the am I eligible survey - are you talking about how on the NY website it says that NY workers are eligible? (I think that refers to essential workers? The language is not clear! Hence the confusion here?) Or are you talking about the Langone thing Bloomberg 1?

I’ve tried reviewing this page for you but it seems only essential workers working in NY will be eligible. Let me know if you find otherwise.
Thank you, this was the website I was looking at and I agree, here it doesn't seem you're eligible based on working in NYC. Since Tuesday is when it opens up more broadly to 30+ in NY, I think I'll check these websites again then.
At CVS, all I needed to do was show my insurance ID and photo work badge. I’m 30, too. I can’t say other locations will be so chill, but a CVS in Harlem was fine with what I shared.
They check your drivers license or state ID.
For NJ: I didn’t have to show residency proof at the meadlowlands mega site. I never updated my license when I moved to NJ and have an NY ID. I think some of the NJ county sites check where you live as it’s restricted to that county, but any mega sites don’t.
