I work in the FCU department within the advisory LOS.
Everyone in the department are being forced to relocate to Bangalore/Hyderabad. They are saying that the practice MD has decided that the base location for the department will be Bang/Hyd.
What kind of tactic is this? They don't have any project, even if they have they are shitty projects which are for 1/2 months.
What will happen if we don't relocate even after HR communication?

People who don’t submit their time daily, how do you remember what you did and for how long? I’ve always just submitted each timer as soon as I finish a task—“call with x re y” really doesn’t take that long even if I’m busy, and if I don’t do it immediately I’ll forget all those little I did in the morning by the time I go to bed. No shade at all to those with different systems, just genuinely curious because I see a lot about catching up at month end on here and I have no idea how that works??
